Nicholas is an experienced financial professional with 15 years of experience in the public and private capital markets.  Most recently, he was Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Development for Polaris Materials Corporation, where he led the process which resulted in a sale of the company for an over 250% premium.

Nicholas has extensive experience in the mining, industrial, tech and cannabis space during his career in investor relations, corporate development and investment banking.  He graduated with honours from Wilfrid Laurier's Double Degree HBBA / HBSc program in 2005 and is a CFA Charterholder.

Clara has worked closely with Nicholas for over a decade and leverages her excellent organization skills for the benefit of the Revelation's clients.
